A CMU art student, Jennifer Gooch (who I will now refer to as the Glove Lady), has been getting local and national press for her blog OneColdHand.com where she collects and catalogs found gloves. They serve as an effective metaphor for loss, and “there’s this naive hope that people will be able to reunite the gloves,” says Gooch.
