The Steel City Derby Demons
With four teams, the Steel City Derby Demons are a force not to reckon with! The Steel City Derby Demons are part of the Woman’s Flat Track Derby Association which competes nationally against other city teams. One governing philosophy exists in the organization and that is “by the skaters, for the skaters.” You will find that all team leaders, managers, and primary owners are woman skaters.
If you are interested in becoming a Steel City Derby Demon, they will be holding tryouts on January 20th. The only requirements are that you are at least 21, have basic skating skills, and must of course be a woman. For more information about tryouts contact: info[at]steelcityderbydemons.com.
